First, don't worry! Initially there were just a few and they were simple to use. Now that there are more and more inhaler types, medicines, and techniques. If you have any questions or concerns about whether you're using them right or not, the simplest thing to do is to bring your inhaler either to your pharmacist or to your doctor's office, and have them demonstrate.

What's a Spacer?

A spacer is a tube used to focus the medication in an inhaler so that it gets into your lungs efficiently. While it is necessary for children, it is recommended that everyone who is prescribed an inhaler be aware of how to use a spacer.
